I switched up the dinner menu already this week, making stuffed peppers Tuesday and the beef stew tonight. But, when the grocery shopping is done a week at a time, there’s no harm in swapping a few days around.

These also save well and make great lunches. The filling just gets better a day later. Add some hot peppers or cayenne powder if you want to take it up a notch!
